Shipping & Delivery

ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will then receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched which may take up to 3 business days. You can track your order directly with our sipping carrier.

If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au

Please check your junk mail if you have not received these emails, and ADD us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence.

SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

All orders in Australia over $100 will be shipped free of charge. A Flat rate of $8.00 postage will apply for all orders under $100, regardless of weight. 

SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)

All orders in New Zealand over $150 will be shipped free of charge. A Flat rate of $15.00 postage will apply for all orders under $150, regardless of weight. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship to most International destinations using Australia Post. International orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$30. Free International Shipping for orders over AUD$200.

Comfort on the Spectrum is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer FREE local delivery within 15kms of our premises. Please make sure you select this option at checkout. We will endeavour to have your order delivered with 24 hours of purchase.
