Order Confirmation & Shipping
Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Your tracking details will be sent in a separate email once your order has been dispatched, usually within 3 business days.

Shipping Rates

Australia: Free shipping on orders over $180. Orders under $180: $10 Standard or $15 Express.

New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200: $20 flat rate.

International: Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on parcel weight and calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply in their country.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within 5 km of our warehouse. Simply select this option at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours.
