We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund. 

Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to offer a refund on full priced items, providing they are returned in perfect condition & are in the same condition they were sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item/s & if your refund has been approved. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received.

* Return postage costs are incurred by the purchaser and are non-refundable, except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.


We have a 10 day Exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to exchange for a different size or style (if your purchase is not comfortable/suitable), providing the item is sent back in an unworn/perfect condition. The item/s will be inspected once received.

* Return postage costs are incurred by the purchaser & Comfort on the Spectrum will post the new item back to you at their discretion.

Comfort on the Spectrum goes to great lengths to ensure superior quality of all of our products.

However, if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at as soon as possible. 

We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. 

Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault

We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
