Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange it.

Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to offer a full refund on full priced items providing they are returned in accordance to the conditions outlined above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received.

Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Faulty Garments

Comfort on the Spectrum inspect all products before being dispatched to ensure superior quality.

However, if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au as soon as possible.  We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
