REFUNDS
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.
Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to offer a refund on full priced items, providing they are returned in perfect condition & are in the same condition they were sent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item/s & if your refund has been approved. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
* Return postage costs are incurred by the purchaser and are non-refundable, except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.
* There will be NO Refunds for items purchased with NDIS funding.

FAULTY GARMENTS
However, if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au as soon as possible.
We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
