Refunds

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return and refund.

Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to offer a refund on full-priced items, provided they are returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

  1. Click [here] to initiate your return.
  2. Select the order related to your return and click "Request Return".
  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason.
  4. Click "Request Return" to submit your request.
  5. Our team will review your request and send you a return label along with further instructions.

Processing Your Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Return postage costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (except in cases of faulty products).
  • Refunds for NDIS-funded purchases cannot be deposited directly into a customer’s bank account. Instead, we can provide store credit or contact your plan manager for their bank details.

Exchanges

We offer a 10-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange an item for a different size or style if it is not suitable. Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition for an exchange to be processed.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Click [here] to initiate your exchange.
  2. Select the order related to your exchange and click "Request Return".
  3. Choose the item(s) you want to exchange, provide a reason, and specify your preferred replacement in the notes section.
  4. Click "Request Return" to submit your request.
  5. Our team will review your request and send you a return label along with further instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Return postage costs are not covered by Comfort on the Spectrum. An invoice will be issued, and the exchange will proceed once payment is received.
  • Exchanges are processed within 2 business days from the date we receive your returned item.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
    • International orders
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards

Faulty Items

At Comfort on the Spectrum, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au as soon as possible.

What Happens Next?

  • We will assess the item and, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
