ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will then receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched which may take up to 3 business days. You can track your order directly with our sipping carrier.

SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

All orders in Australia over $150 will be shipped FREE of charge. A Flat rate of $9.00 postage will apply for all orders under $150, regardless of weight. 

SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)

All orders in New Zealand over $150 will be shipped FREE of charge. A Flat rate of $15.00 postage will apply for all orders under $150, regardless of weight. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship to most International destinations using Australia Post. International orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$30. 

Comfort on the Spectrum is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer FREE local delivery within 15kms of our premises. Please make sure you select this option at checkout. We will endeavour to have your order delivered with 24 hours of purchase. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange it.

Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to offer a full refund on full priced items providing they are returned in accordance to the conditions outlined above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received.

Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty Garments

Comfort on the Spectrum inspect all products before being dispatched to ensure superior quality.

However, if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au as soon as possible.  We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.

Amazing comfort and kindness

Just wanted to write a review for the incredible work - and wonderful clothes - that Kelly from Comfort on the Spectrum does to make sure that every customer feels valued and appreciated, and that her clothes are the softest, most comfortable clothes that those customers have ever felt. Her attention to detail, dedication and compassion are amazing but it’s her genuine kindness and outstanding customer service that are truly exceptional. My daughter has serious sensory issues and finds it incredibly difficult to overcome intrusive sensations and even the softest seeming clothes have something that bothers her that we end up having cut it off - or not be able to wear if we can’t change it. But that has never happened at Comfort on the Spectrum and she absolutely loves all the clothes she has from them and never wants to take them off - luckily we were able to buy spares so she could keep wearing them while I washed the old ones! I cannot express how much of a difference that these clothes have made for my daughter and our little family. I so hope that everyone else out there with a loved one who suffers from the same issues can find the same relief we found when we found Comfort on the Spectrum!

Love our new PJS

I purchased the small and long set of a size 6 even though my daughter is 5.
She absolutely loves them and just wears the tops as nighties. Her sleep has gotten so much better as she doesn't seem as irritated overnight and the fabric is not flaring up her ezcema.
I'm loving the feel of the PJ's so much I think i'm going to buy myself a set!
