Yes, you can use your NDIS funding to purchase our Sensory Friendly Clothing.

It's really easy, just follow the instructions below. 

If your plan is SELF MANAGED 

  • Simply complete your online purchase & pay for it at checkout. An invoice will be included with your order or if you require a digital copy please send us an email at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au to request one.

If your plan is PLAN MANAGED

1. Plan Managers details (email address/phone) 
2. The participants name
3. Address
3. Phone number
4. Date of Birth
5. NDIS Number 
6. Order Details 
We will email an invoice to your plan manager (which will be copied to you) & goods will be posted after payment is received.

 

Note the following:

* Please make sure before undertaking this process, that you are claiming for an approved NDIS participant with allocated funds. 

* Items ordered will be held for 7 days while waiting for payment from Plan Manager. After this time, products will become available to purchase again & may sell before your order is paid for. In this circumstance we will contact you to arrange an alternative. 

* A flat rate fee of $20.00 - $25.00  per order is billed to cover Postage & Handling

* No refunds will be given for purchases made with NDIS funding unless the NDIA have approved it first. Exchange (within guidelines) & store credit are available.
