At Comfort on the Spectrum, our sensory-friendly clothing & socks are carefully designed to support individuals with sensory sensitivities, making it distinct from regular clothing. We modify each piece by using ultra-soft bamboo fabric, eliminating tags, zippers, buttons, and scratchy seams that can cause discomfort. Our designs are simple, breathable, and soothing, ensuring that everyone, including those with Autism, SPD, or other sensitivities, can experience all-day comfort. These thoughtful modifications align with the specific needs of those who require sensory-friendly solutions, making our products suitable for purchase using NDIS funding.

If your plan is SELF MANAGED 

  • Simply complete your online purchase and pay at checkout, or choose "bank deposit" if you'd prefer to claim first and pay later. You can download a PDF of your invoice from the order confirmation page. Please note, bank deposit orders will be held for 7 days only. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au 

If your plan is PLAN MANAGED

We will email an invoice to your plan manager (which will be copied to you) & goods will be posted after payment is received.

 

Note the following:

* Please make sure before undertaking this process, that you are claiming for an approved NDIS participant with allocated funds. 

* Items ordered will be held for 7 days while waiting for payment from Plan Manager. After this time, products will become available to purchase again & may sell before your order is paid for. In this circumstance we will contact you to arrange an alternative. 

* A flat rate fee of $20.00 - $25.00 per order is billed to cover Postage & Handling

* No refunds will be given for purchases made with NDIS funding unless the plan manager approved it first. Exchange (within guidelines) & store credit are available.
