You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will then receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched which may take up to 3 business days. You can track your order directly with our sipping carrier.

Australia 

All orders in Australia over $150 will be shipped FREE of charge. A Flat rate of $9.00( standard) & $13.00 (Express) for all orders under $150, regardless of weight. 

New Zealand 

All orders in New Zealand over $150 will be shipped FREE of charge. A Flat rate of $15.00 postage will apply for all orders under $150, regardless of weight. 

International- Including USA & Europe

All International orders are calculated to a Flat Rate based on weight. 

Upto 250g = AUD 25.00

Upt 500g = AUD 30.00

Upto 1kg = AUD 45.00

Upto 2kg = AUD 55.00

Rates will calculate automatically in your currency at checkout.

Comfort on the Spectrum is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer FREE local delivery within 15kms of our premises. Please make sure you select this option at checkout. We will endeavour to have your order delivered with 24 hours of purchase. 

REFUNDS

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund. 

Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to offer a refund on full priced items, providing they are returned in perfect condition & are in the same condition they were sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item/s & if your refund has been approved. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

* Return postage costs are incurred by the purchaser and are non-refundable, except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

* There will be NO Refunds for items purchased with NDIS funding. 

EXCHANGES

We have a 10 day Exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  Comfort on the Spectrum is happy to exchange for a different size or style (if your purchase is not comfortable/suitable), providing the item is sent back in an unworn/perfect condition. The item/s will be inspected once received.

* Return postage costs are incurred by the purchaser & Comfort on the Spectrum will post the new item back to you at their discretion.

FAULTY GARMENTS

Comfort on the Spectrum goes to great lengths to ensure superior quality of all of our products.

However, if you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@comfortonthespectrum.com.au as soon as possible. 

We will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a replacement or refund, at our discretion. 

Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. 

We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.

I brought these as a treat for myself after purchasing some other items for my kids & seeing how comfortable they are. Omg, I have never felt such soft material against my skin. The perfect way to relax and feel comfy after a long day. The design is super cute too. So glad I treated myself.

Soft and gentle

I really love how soft the material is. It doesn’t feel scratchy or annoying at all, and I barely notice anything when I’m wearing it as opposed to other clothing where it’s all I can think about.

I’d really like an XS option since S is still too big for me—there’s a lot of fabric happening, which is okay sometimes but other times I get overstimulated about it.

I’d like the fabric to be thicker as well—it’s a bit too thin for my cold weather preferences, but I think it’s quite comfortable for warmer days, or as undergarments during colder days.

Overall, I really like what I got and I wouldn’t be opposed to buying more in the future.

My son is very sensitive to tactile input and doesn’t like clothing much as a general rule. When the package arrived I got him to try the items on and he insisted he kept them on because they made him feel like Spiderman (midnight long xxl). Definite winner in this household. Would purchase again.
