How to Choose Your Sock Size

Finding the right fit is simple — just match your shoe size to the chart below.
Our socks are unisex, with plenty of stretch and flexibility to gently shape to your feet without tightness or pressure.

✅ Step 1: Check your regular AU or US shoe size (you can find this on the inside of most shoes).
✅ Step 2: Use the size chart to see which sock size matches your shoe size.
✅ Step 3: If you’re between sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit, or the larger size for a roomier feel.

Classic Socks – Crew length, sitting comfortably mid-calf.
Sweet Steps Socks – Quarter length, sitting just above the ankle.

💚 Tip: Both styles have plenty of stretch, so one size can often fit multiple shoe sizes comfortably.

What fabric are your sensory socks made from?

Our sensory socks are made from a premium cotton and bamboo blend with added stretch for comfort. This combination creates a soft, breathable sock that's gentle on sensitive feet while being durable enough for everyday wear.

Are the socks suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our socks are made from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric, meaning they have been independently tested and confirmed to be free from harmful levels of substances. They are safe for direct contact with skin, including sensitive and sensory-aware individuals.

Why do you use a cotton and bamboo blend?

We chose a cotton and bamboo blend because it combines the natural softness and moisture-wicking properties of bamboo with the strength and durability of cotton. The result is a comfortable, breathable sock that helps keep feet feeling fresh throughout the day.

Will my feet get hot in bamboo socks?

Bamboo fibres are naturally breathable and help wick moisture away from the skin, making them more comfortable to wear across a range of temperatures. Combined with cotton, our socks are designed to help keep feet dry and comfortable all day long.

Is the fabric chemically processed?

Like most modern textiles, bamboo fibres go through a manufacturing process before being made into fabric. Our OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabric has been tested and confirmed to be free from harmful levels of substances.

Do you recommend washing before wear?

Yes. As with all clothing, we recommend washing your socks before first wear.

Why don't you use 100% bamboo?

We use a carefully selected cotton and bamboo blend because it provides the ideal balance of softness, breathability and durability. While bamboo feels incredibly soft, adding cotton helps the socks retain their shape, improves strength, and increases longevity—making them better suited to everyday wear and repeated washing.

Great comfortable sock

Love the colour and the texture

Good but not great

My daughter has issues with a toe seam, I was hoping these would be the solution. Unfortunately, while the toe is seamless, the ends are still on the inside of the sock and bother her. Surely a sock designed for those with sensory issues would have pulled these through to the outside. Yes, she can wear them inside out, but for the price this should have been better (I can do that with $4 KMart socks).

We’ve gone to great lengths to make this stitching as soft and gentle as possible. If it were possible to move the stitching to the outside, we absolutely would, but unfortunately, sock construction doesn’t work that way. Wearing them inside out can be a good option so she can still enjoy all the other features that make our sensory socks comfortable.

What toe Seam?

TBH I was a little skeptical about these as I could see a toe seam on the photos, but I purchased a pair for myself & my son to try & they are amazing!! You can't feel the tow seam at all. I love the socks

I love the socks. With the swelling in my legs I was struggling to find socks I could be comfortable to wear. The extra bonus was the lightness of the socks. I am definatly buying a few more pairs.

Changing the sock game

I have two girls, one who I thought would never wear socks again and her sister who is stressed every putting her shoes on. The girls are very impressed by the socks, my girl with SPD can’t where them everyday but has definitely worn sneakers for the first time in a long time since our purchase. Best socks

These socks have been a life saver! Every morning had been a struggle finding socks my AuDHD daughter would where, socks and shoes would come off 50 times before we got to school.
This morning my daughter tried her new sensory socks and they were a hit.
She managed to put them on herself and didn't need me to come to readjust them at all, not one complaint and we made it to school without her socks being pulled off once!

Very soft and smooth socks with no toe seam

Very soft and smooth socks with no toe seam. But there are finished ‘ends’ at each toe corner of each sock, which was the primary annoyance for my 4 year old. You cannot feel the seam along the actual toes, but you can feel them in each corner along the sides of the toes. Just flagging for other sensory spicy people/parents
